Kevin Carter, founder and president, started cleaning professionally in 1976. He has been self-employed as a professional cleaner and consultant since 1978. After running businesses for 3 other individuals, Kevin started Cleaning Consultants as his own business in 1978. First a sole proprietorship, the business was incorporated in 1996, and now employs 26 eager-to-please cleaning professionals.
